旧式力織機でゆっくりと織り上げた、セルヴィッチ付きのオリジナルドビーストライプ生地を使用しています。昔ながらの「綛染め（かせぞめ）」で染色した糸を用い、織機のテンションを弱く調整して織ることで、ヴィンテージ特有の凹凸感のある質感を再現。着込むほどに馴染み、風合いが増していく生地に仕上げています。

裏地には、濃淡のグラデーションが美しいオンブレチェックを採用。表地の硬質な質感に対して、柔らかなコットンの肌当たりがジャケットとしての実用性を高めています。控えめながらも主張のあるチェック柄が、内側から製品のキャラクターを際立たせます。
